- February: Preston broke his arm
- March: Julie & Mark move into their new home, 1 mile from us.
- June: back to Texas to repair Hart Lane "B" side
- Biggest family event - reunion in Frisco, CO, July
- August: Hike Inn visit
- September: back to Texas to update Hart Lane "A" side
- Laura starts her own business: Recruit Up
- November: Julie is expecting #4 (due June 2011)
- December: buy new car, VW Jetta wagon
- January 2011: close on condo in Alpharetta
